Houston 311

As a resident, you may notice: potholes, traffic signal issues, water main breaks, or missed trash as you are driving around. A great resource residents can use to report these issues is Houston 311. Houston 311 can be contacted directly via the Houston 311 app on your smartphone or by calling (713) 837-0311. Once you have called 311 to make you report, make sure to get your service request number. Click here for more details.
