As a resident, you may notice: potholes, traffic signal issues, water main breaks, or missed trash as you are driving around. A great resource residents can use to report these issues is Houston 311. Houston 311 can be contacted directly via the Houston 311 app on your smartphone or by calling (713) 837-0311. The City of Houston Office of Emergency Management (OEM) mission is to provide programs and activities to City residents and departments to help them prepare for, cope with and recover from the effects of natural and man-made disasters.
